Electricity North West is one of the UK’s most reliable yet progressive electricity distribution networks, and Guerilla is proud to provide digital recruitment and attraction services to its talented team. We were appointed in 2024 to deliver targeted digital attraction campaigns to recruit Engineers, Project Mangers and Apprentices.

The Guerilla team has worked closely with First Group since the Agency was formed in 2000 across all aspects of their bus and rail divisions, including supporting their 2012 Olympics ‘last mile’ engagement, launching new bus and rail products and services and delivering recruitment and attraction campaigns for a variety of roles across the sector.

Guerilla was appointed in Feb 23 to manage the Recruitment and Attraction services for Northern Trains. Our highly targeted digital approach and creative understanding won us the pitch but we had to deliver on some tough KPI’s in an extremely competitive jobs market in a sector traditionally dominated by male applicants.
